A hit and a miss

Good for part one, but isn't it 'Roger Penske' instead of 'Robert'? I never heard of a brother but I could be wrong. Thanks for the good job, anyway.

Now that (Henry J story) is a good story, carrying on the Henry J story from dad to son to his son. That's drag racing anywhere style.

Good catch, Alan. Something our transcriptionist missed.

Praise from up above

I wanted to thank you all for doing such a beautiful and wonderful article about my dad's (now brother Tim’s) Henry J. When dad passed away, I got cases upon cases of Hot Rod, Street Rodding and various other street rod magazines (Dad had every issue of Hot Rod since the first ones were printed in a smaller 5x7 format back in the early ‘60s.) There are sticky notes throughout them all of photos featuring other cars with a fender or a bumper of the Henry in the background, but never OUR Henry featured in an article.

So in honor of my dad, I want to thank you- He is up there in Heaven lookin’ at his Henry J yellow laptop and lovin' it saying, "We might not have gotten but a fender in Hot Rod magazine, but we are on Drag Racing Online Magazine."

Thanks again.

Super coverage

Thanks for increasing your sportsman coverage this season. As a lowly sportsman racer, I'm enjoying the extra coverage, especially of the Super classes. With how hard those classes are to win, they deserve all the coverage they can get.

Check those headlamps, Bogner

Hey, Tom Bogner’s ‘vette is not a ‘53 if the front end photos are correct. That is a ‘55-‘57 ‘vette. The ‘53-‘54 ‘vettes had the smooth wire covered headlamps, remember?

We’re free – what do you want?

Geez.... sometimes I don't want to spend all day on the internet. I would like to print out a clean copy and read it later. Can you please, please do a "print article" button that produces a clean copy of the full article so I can print and go and read it later?

We’ll ask the production staff to make it easier for you.
