I read Burk’s Blast recently with him calling Tony Schumacher one of the best pro drivers ever. I fail to see how there's much driving going on. Pretty much stab and steer... so easy even a caveman can do it....

The way it might have been

The next to last NHRA national event, Schumacher raced Cory in the semifinals and Cory won so there is your answer to what would happen if they had to race each other. If Cory had given the race to Tony the way Force did to Hight, Tony would have had a bigger lead going into Pomona and made it much easier to win the championship. The same way Tony and Cruz raced heads up earlier this year instead of giving it to Cruz, if the situation would have been reversed there would have been no reason for Force to give it to Hight because he could not have gotten in.

Robert did not win the title, he got hot after his boss let him in (Indy dive) the NHRA cheesy chase. Hey Doug, are you a Paul Page fan too? Damn, just when I thought the d couldn’t get worse and you start typing Doug. You must be blind! Hey Ashley Force, toss a chunk of coal under dad’s tree which isn’t in the same house as mom’s ‘cause even she hates him! Of course if John had an official tree sponsor things would be different! Yikes!

To Alanabi and daba babi ($$$) and fourteen hour flights for sellouts from the hills of America, I say kiss my azz for the oil profits which you race with, karma is a bitch! As far as I can say keep your American built racecars and crew chiefs who take your sick oil money over there in the desert!
