Bringing you only the ‘happy news’

Hey did you see the NHRA page today?

FULL PRO FIELDS, new drivers, etc. Let me in or all of us in on what exactly is going on in NHRA, we have talked about it skittishly, but why the NO DROP IN TICKET SALES, no news about drivers not going to be there and so on? What or why are they hiding? I would like to hear YOUR feedback.

Well, we think so too, Tom

I go to NHRA’s website most every day. I go to DRO every day as well. I am in a quandary why the NHRA site takes weeks to tell you things DRO has printed already. Are they that slow at NHRA or when they laid off people, the person who ran the website got the axe too?

DRO has always had the better coverage of everything drag racing related.

Maybe when they ‘monetize’ the site

It's hard keeping up with what’s going on in the NHRA. You look at their website and there is nothing about who's shutting down, cutting back, or losing their ride for the last three years.

I’ve been going to NHRA events instead of NASCAR at least three events a year. We need a silly season report like on nascar.com to keep up. It's hard to be a fan when you don't know what’s going on.

WHAT NEXT?

There's a story in the Kalamazoo (Mi.) Gazette regarding the sale of Torco Race Fuels by Knoll's ex-wife, daughter and a financial backer.

OKAY

I like the site. I have trouble getting my information to work with the other info I provided, so I thought that I would start all over and this way get it fresh and new. Thank you for your time. I know you guys are running 100 mph. I race two cars myself, a ‘72 Vega Por Gas and a Bracket ‘69 Chevelle with 511 BBC. Please allow me to use this new info as it would help make things a lot less cluttered. Thank you.

HELLO NURSE!

I just picked up the latest copy of your magazine and - WOW! This is the magazine I have been searching for.

Goodbye hot rodders and all their fake arrogance. Hello NHRA!
