WHAT’D HE DO?

Did you guys happen to hear what when on with Jim Hughes DQ after the 2nd round was won a Topeka? Any chance you guys could have Agent 1320 look into this and publish the facts. From what I have heard about this so far, this is no way to treat the sportsman racer. (If NHRA had their stuff together it sounds like this would have never happened.)

Thanks.

WHAT WORLD ECONOMY?

America needs to STOP relying on foreign products! What has happened to our great country? We have the resources here and the know-how... We need to stop huge corporations from making the decisions to outsource the jobs and manufacturing of product! The death of Mom & Pop stores is being felt... Where are the "Howard Hughes" types when America needs them?

Thoughts from an American man.

Remember that Hughes ended up walking around his home in paper booties, terrified of germs. There might be some middle ground between selling out completely and xenophobia.

BUT WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE IDIOT NEIGHBOR?

With the latest deal for Pomona, the scheduling changes with Goodguys, and other groups leaving, I think it's time to bring back the Div 7 races. Fontana won't let TAD and TAFC run there because of some idiot neighbor near the track complaining to the city council.

SEARCHING FOR INFORMATION

Hi, my name is Cecil Alvin Merrill. My original name was Cecil Alvin Lankford. I am Cecil Alvin Lankford's namesake. I was searching the internet tonight just reading up on my uncle's racing history. I was down in San Antonio for a 2 week pre-deployment vacation, I’m currently in the army right now by the way. I visited my aunt Annette and took flowers to my uncle Cecil's grave. Had a hard time finding it but it was worth it I think I’ve already picked up his need-for-speed-at-short-distances gene. Lol. But to get to the point, I was wondering if you could email links to all the articles and pictures that you’ve ever written on my uncle. If you could do that it would be great. Have a nice day.

It’s for that very purpose we have the Archives & Search link at the top of each page. Every issue we have done is archived.
