The person complaining about the CI difference between Harleys and Suzukis is a little off base. There is a lot of difference between pushrod and OHC engines in potential power.
Where was this joker when the Harleys were getting killed before V&H figured out how to make them run? Go back and have a little sushi and saki, boy-san. Suzuki, and maybe even Kawasaki, will be competitive when they have some time to do some R&D. When you are about the only game in town, why spend for R&D? Now that they are getting kicked, you can bet the Japanese manufacturers will do what it takes to get back on track.
