If only a group could put the old AHRA back together again, I think you would have a lot of racers switch back over. Jim Tice started the first tour of pro and sportsman racers to compete over a season -- plenty of sponsors, great turn-away crowds, and everyone made money.

To you people who write Drag Racing Online to complain about Paul Page...I hate to break the news, but DRO didn't hire him. How many of you have written ESPN about Paul? DRO can't fire Page, but ESPN can! Write to the proper people!

I have to agree with your notion of what a ticked off Evan Knoll and his $$ along with Bruton Smith with his $$$ could do to unseat the NHRA if they get a hold of the IHRA. The reason that the NHRA will not likely seize this opportunity is because the old guard still rules there.
