ANOTHER SUGGESTION
While you are at it, BAN synthetic oil, the #1 reason why oil downs take longer to clean up at a local track that does not have the equipment.
Second, whenever you start to mandate an item like an engine diaper, sanctioning bodies require an SFI rated diaper, reason being that if someone was hurt by anything flying out of a non-certified bag and a certified one was available the sanctioning body would be liable for not mandating the higher rated bag.
Sounds farfetched, yes, but this was the reason given to us by GOODGUYS/VRA when we were told that our 7.60 index blown cars needed to have them. At the time I was already using a non-certified Stroud that I bought for $350 and the new certified one cost me $725, plus the new one must be re-certified every 2 years. GOODGUYS/VRA went on the recommendation of NHRA tech dept.

WE AIM TO PLEASE
Thanks for Drag Racing Online. I love that silver '70 GTO that won heads up 6.00 at Huntsville this weekend. That is a fantastic picture of a fantastic car, this is heavenly for a die-hard Pontiac driver and drag racing fan-addict. I've got to have a copy! Keep up the good work!

FAMILY TV?
If NHRA and ESPN are so concerned about family tv, then tell them to stop focusing on Greg Anderson's wife and whoever the hot blonde is in the Bernstein camp. Or maybe they should be dressing in the loose fitting team shirts instead of skin tight tee's and tanks.
Not that I'm complaining....
