Larry Dixon raced to his sixth Top Fuel victory of the season. He posted a performance of 3.824 seconds at 320.05 mph in his Al-Anabi Racing dragster to take his 54th career victory.
Antron Brown, a New Jersey native, raced his Don Schumacher-owned Matco Tools/U.S. Army dragster to its fourth runner-up finish of the 2010 season.
Brown qualified fourth Saturday afternoon and on race day defeated Scott Palmer, Terry McMillen and Doug Kalitta to advance to his second straight final round and fourth career final at Raceway Park, his home track. Sunday's final rounds were postponed due to afternoon and evening rain showers.
