| Matt Keane (see here defeating Jason Wotton in the quarter finals) sped to his first Outlaw Flat Four win over Adele Woodbridge (appearing in her first OFF final in her debut season) with a 10.520/133 to Woodbridge’s 12.337. Both drivers had pretty memorable weekend with Keane lowering his PB to a 10.371/134 in the semifinal (over points leader Pete Englezos) and Woodbridge doing likewise with an 11.646 in the opening round of eliminations. | The quickest of the ACU Bike classes contested over the weekend went to Gary Jones on a bye in the final when Chris Hall was a no-show. Unfortunately, breakages were the signature of eliminations, but the Jones and Friend team had a PB of 7.174/192.85 to celebrate in the first round of eliminations that held up for low ET of the event on two wheels. |

Whilst his closest championship challenger Len Paget was chasing European glory some 1100 miles to the east in Hungary, Dave Beck was making considerable strides towards his seventh ACU Pro Stock Bike championship with victory over Ray Debben in the final round. Running in the 7.2s despite the warm conditions during the course of the Open Sport Nationals was enough to persuade Beck to finally rejoin UEM competition at the European Finals before returning to domestic competition with two ACU rounds left this season.
