Division Two racer Matt Buck from Lantana FL took his ’96 Firebird to a win in Top Sportsman over Montpelier VT racer John Benoit running a 7.022 on a 7.02 dial to Benoit’s too quick 6.736 on his 6.74 dial.

Taking his first Top Dragster title was Florida racer Frank Altilio as his 7.176 on a 7.16 dial was too much for runner up Jeff Serra’s 7.037 on a 6.97 dial.

The series moves to Maple Grove Dragway over the Memorial Day weekend of the second of seven events in Division One.
