Rocketing to high 16-second ETs at almost 80 mph is no concern when the ET category riders are qualified by Reaction Time… and Winters was fourth when the rains came, with a 0.008 RT! It’s interesting to note that Illinois rider Winters was the ’08 World Champ in Rush Super Eliminator (10.90 Index) on a different bike.
