Xtreme Street: Roger Holder of Bakersfield, CA, qualified number one in his Chevy Nova. He took the win in the final over Steven Short in his ‘98 Ford Mustang who left on Roger but his 8.531 e.t. at 188.23 mph was not enough to hold off Holder, who set low e.t. with a 7.718 e.t. at 183.59 mph.
Real Street: Rich Hoyle from Palmdale showed why he carries the number one on his early model ‘63 Chevy Nova as he had Top Speed at 174.64 mph and qualified No. 1 with a 7.92 e.t. And he took the win over Bert Heck from Fontana, CA, in the final. Rich took the win with a 7.959 E.T. at 174.64 mph to Heck’s 8.299 E.T. at 174.50 mph.

Hot Street: Adrian Duran from El Paso, TX, qualified No. 1 and in the final he defeated top speed Dan Bott II both driving ‘98 Ford Mustangs. Duran put a holeshot on Bott and Duran needed it as he ran an 8.566 e.t. at only 158.46 mph to Bott’s 8.545 at top speed 162.35 mph.
True Street: Manny Figueroa of
Moorpark, CA, in his ‘95 Ford Mustang was No. 1 Q with an 8.315 e.t. and set top speed at 173.07 mph. In the final George Raygosa’s ‘68 Chevy Nova out of Orland, CA, broke on the line. Manny did not take an easy pass as he set the top speed in the final round on the single.



Super Street: 8.60 class Bart Smith in his 1969 Camaro out of North Las Vegas, NV, took the win light as both he and runner up Steve Fulgham of Laguna Hills, CA, in his wheelstanding ‘72 Chevy Nova broke out. Steve broke out by more, 8.562 to Bart’s 8.595. Doug Crumlich of Irvine was the No. 1 Q with a 8.610.
