Ringers Glove Pro Bike Battle

Andrew Hines vs. Matt Smith

Andrew Hines won $25,000 in the Ringers Gloves Pro Bike Battle on his Screamin' Eagle Harley-Davidson V-Rod, beating Chip Ellis in the final. The final round was a repeat of last year’s matchup, which Hines also won, making this the fourth year in a row for a V-rod to win the race.

“We struggled a bit earlier, but I still though we had a chance, especially after we ran that 7.00 this morning,” Hines said. “I caught Chip at the top of first gear and I was just praying that he didn’t come back around me.”

"I thought I made a pretty good run in the final of the Ringers deal but it just wasn't enough," said Ellis, rider of the Drag Specialties S&S Buell V-Twin.
