Ronnie Lennon drives the unique Batto Trucking ’47 Crosley-bodied altered coupe.  It’s a strong runner in Nostalgia Eliminator and is and always a crowd favorite running in the 7.60’s.

Tony Wimer from Redlands, CA brought out his sleek new Dave Tuttle-built Chevy-powered dragster in Nostalgia Eliminator losing in the fourth round on a red light.

 

Auto Club-sponsored funny car pilot Robert Hight of was the Grand Marshall for the event. Maybe next year he’ll bring out one of John Force’s vintage floppers to compete with Capps.
