Other bracket winners included David McCowage in Comp, Jim Rowley in Super Stock, Andrew Musgrave in Modified, Rick Gauci in Supercharged Outlaws, Roy Romeo in Super Gas, Andrew Musgrave in Modified, Paul Partridge in Super Sedan, and Tony Wallace in Super Street. Vince Surace and Lorenzo Caponga rounded out the winners in the bike brackets.

Despite getting all crossed up on this qualifying run, Rick Gauci pulled it all together and ended up winning the Supercharged Outlaws bracket in his 481 Chev-powered Holden Kingswood.

Jim Rowley’s sweet looking F/Gas Commodore Clubsport (basically a four-door GTO) made its way to the final of Super Stock with a series of mid-nine-second times. A 9.518 on a 9.83 index wasn’t really needed in the final, as his opponent red lighted.

David McCowage’s 348 Chev powered C/DA dragster won the Competition bracket when he ran a 7.89 on an 8.17 index, taking out Daniel Schultz in the process.

The bright green Mustang of Paul Partridge bested a large 66-car field with a rather easy 0.04 over 8.52/151 mph in the Super Sedan final over Craig Marshman’s LC Torana.

Andrew Musgrave used a .001 reacted 9.25 on a 9.18 dial in his 308 Holden-powered altered to take an easy win over Tim Neilsen’s dragster in the Modified final.

The 350-powered Plymouth Arrow of Roy Romeo proved to be the class of Super Gas running a .026 reacted 9.91 to best Colin Griffin’s 9.93 in the Super Gas final.
Tony Wallace (near lane) brought his Falcon XD ute down from Queensland to take part in the large Super Street bracket. He made it all the way to the final where a great .002 reaction linked to a 0.02 over 11.63 made his opponent Joe Zammit break out with a 0.04 under 11.01 in his Commodore.
