Tim Blakemore is still looking for consistency from his factory-backed Kawasaki Funny Bike. The bike is clearly making huge amounts of power, but getting the ponies through the drivetrain and down to the track is still proving to be a hit and miss affair, although things are improving and back to back sixes can't be that far off.

When not reaching for the sky, Jamie Sneddon's Honda Blackbird is a real flyer in Super Street Bike, and, if it wasn't for the intervention of the weather, Jamie would have backed up a great 7.624 top qualifier for the new class record, although with UEM competition taking precedence at the next meeting at Santa Pod he'll probably have to wait until mid summer before he gets another chance.

The rocket-powered frog Eric Teboul produced some scintillating passes over the course of the weekend despite the breezy conditions. Although he rolled through stage on a couple of occasions and the ET clocks gave a 6.04/200.05 best ticket, the incrementals suggest a couple of other passes were in the 5.7/5.8 second range with a 215.60 mph clocking at the eighth!
