They qualified 1, 2, 3. ’05 champ Booher was No. 1, ’06 champ Phil Esz from Amelia, OH, qualified his BAE-powered dragster at No. 2 with a 6.03/225.96 and Tom Mueller of Cincinnati, OH, was third with a 6.12/223.71.
