It may sound simple, but engines which run high boost levels, require a great connection for silicone hoses to hold pipes together.  Kurt Urban Performance's Aluminum Tube Ends provide a much stronger part which will not crush under clamp loads, like many tubes.  The machine turned barb creates far better retention than a bead rolled into the tube.

The tube ends are machined from billet 6061 aluminum and are designed to easily weld onto the end of your tubes.  Standard availability is 2-1/2”, 3” and 4”, custom diameters available upon request.

Summit Racing Portable MIG Welding Kits

Available in 115V and 230V versions, Summit Racing Portable MIG Welding Kits are great for welding mild steel with .023" to .035" diameter wire. They feature powder coated steel cases, positive position cam-lock power switches, illuminated thermal overload indicators with automatic reset, infinite wire speed feed controls, and forced-air cooling.

The 115V welder has four power settings, produces 90 amps of welding power at a 30% duty cycle from a standard 115V outlet, and welds 24-gauge to 3/16" thick mild steel. The 230V welder has seven power settings, produces 120 amps of welding power at a 30% duty cycle from a standard 230V outlet, and welds 24-gauge to ¼” thick mild steel.

Summit Racing TIG Welder Kit

Ideal for automotive and light industrial materials, the Summit Racing TIG Welder Kit features a 230V AC/DC inverter power supply to deliver up to 200 amps of power just about anywhere. It works with stainless, mild steel, and aluminum from 14-gauge to ¼” thick. Touch pad controls provide complete control over power, slope, wave, frequency, ignition, and gas timing.
