SuperTrapp Sportster 2 Into 2 XR System

This tunable SuperTrapp 2 into 2 system is the offspring of their flat track racing systems.  It allows a rider to bolt on a 10% horsepower increase to their stock 883 model and over 20% horsepower gains on a stock 1200.  The Sportster 2 into 2 XR Style System features brushed stainless steel head pipes and megaphones.

The megaphone design allows the exhaust gas to expand, which increases power while the discs allow the rider to control how much flow they want. It has 02 sensor ports installed to utilize stock sensors on fuel injected models and also includes plugs for the ports when used on carbureted models. SuperTrapp’s tunable disc technology allows riders to add 4” discs to increase horsepower, exhaust tone and flow, or riders can remove 4” discs to reduce sound and increase low-end torque.  The 2 into 2 system comes with twenty-four 4” discs allowing the rider to utilize twelve discs in each muffler.  Additional discs are sold separately.

BLOWING A MUSTANG MADE SIMPLE

Spyder Turbo Systems new Mustang turbo kit is a direct bolt in system for the1996 to 2004 4.6 SOHC engines. This new kit uses a modified BorgWarner-AirWerks Program S300 turbo with extended-tip technology. The turbo feeds an air to air intercooler that will help you put no less than 360 horsepower down to the ground, on 8lbs of boost. This is done bolted to a stock 4.6 Liter non-P.I. motor. Spyder’s new turbo kit can, also, hook directly up to a “Cat Back” exhaust system and comes with options for custom programming.

Precise Fabrication With PipeMaster

PipeMaster tools are available in sizes from .5-inch tubing to 12-inch pipe. The most common sizes for racecar fabrication are 1 1/2 and 1 3/4-inch, which are included in the Stock Car kit. The smaller sizes are great for support braces that are often smaller in diameter than the main structure. Every PipeMaster tool saves time, material and energy.

Compound joints will no longer cause headaches in the garage. PipeMaster simply slips over the tube to be cut and is pressed down to match the shape at the base where the tube needs to match. Slide the tool back far enough to trace the shape made by the steel rods and proceed to cut along that line. The newly cut tube is now ready to mate perfectly with the compound joint.
