: What do you feel is your greatest accomplishment in the sport of drag racing?

AC: To me it is a toss up between winning the 1982, ‘83 championships on a low budget and winning ten straight with John Force.

: How would you like history to remember Austin Coil?

AC: As an innovator, capable crew chief and most of all as an honest, trustworthy man.

: Are there any hard feelings between you and John Force?

AC: I have not spoken to John since the day I resigned and I like it just fine that way.
