She’s re-fined my 409 (Spy fotos)

Usually the mayo jar next to the Agent’s second-story Phelgm Building office on a Monday has some race photos, but this morning the jar contained these snapshots of the brand new World Products aluminum 409 Chevy block on a pallet headed to the upcoming PRI Show in Orlando.

We don’t have a lot of info on the block yet but a note attached said that Bill Mitchell had 409 guru Lamar Walden do the engineering design and the hope is it is the lightest 409 block ever made. [11/23/09]

Put something in a wounded vet’s mailbox this season

Sometimes what comes in the mail means everything to a soldier away from home. Do the men and women who serve our country a solid and take the time to address, stamp and send a Christmas card with a note to one of our wounded troops.
