George Howard, promoter of the 13th Annual TCI/Comp Cams Million Dollar Drag Race on October 1-5 will be a guest on Speed Scene Live TV Tuesday night, August 26. Howard plans on giving away something really cool for free: free money, free cars, free engines, free dragsters, and more.
There will also be an update on the upcoming Street Car Super Nationals in Vegas, the "How to get sponsored" series, and Lucky and Diana are also helping with the DRO free ticket giveaway to the Hot Rod Heritage Series race at Auto Club Dragway in Fontana, CA.

Cacklefest lights up AutoFair prior to inaugural Concord event

As a lead-in to the inaugural NHRA Nationals at zMAX Dragway @ Concord, the Sept. 4-7 Food Lion AutoFair at Lowe's Motor Speedway will include a display of vintage drag racing machines.
The zMAX Dragway @ Concord, located on the grounds of Lowe's Motor Speedway, will host the first of six races in the playoff-style NHRA POWERade Countdown to the Championship during the Sept. 11-14 NHRA
Nationals.
The blown altered owned by Jim Dickey and known as "My Favorite Charity III" and the legendary Hartsoe Bros. Gasser (shown) that was a national record-holder during the early 1970s will be among the vintage cars on display.
The fall Food Lion AutoFair annually attracts more than 120,000 visitors. It features more than 50 car club displays and more than 7,000 vendor spaces that offer a plethora of automotive parts and memorabilia.
