BY THE NUMBERS
We asked Bret Kepner to compile data on the lengths of various tracks so we could all get some idea of what the differences are. The first number is distance (in feet) from the stripe to the sand. The second number is the length of the sandtrap. The third number is distance from the back of the sandtrap to the next natural barrier (public road, tree line, canal, lake, railroad track, etc.). The asterisk denotes a road course option provided the hard right turn is made.
Kepner added Columbus for comparison; it gets two numbers for original and extended versions. [7/3/2008]
