HOGAN JOINS OBERHOFER AS KALITTA CO-CREW CHIEF
Team Kalitta announced Sunday that famed nitro tuner Richard Hogan has been hired to be the co-crew chief on Doug Kalitta’s Mac Tools Top Fueler. Hogan joins co-crew chief Jon Oberhofer to equally share the tuning responsibilities. [3/31/2008]
DIESEL TO RUN EXHIBITION RUNS AT NHRA LAS VEGAS RACE
The NHRA has invited the Banks Power race team to run its record-setting Sidewinder S-10 Duramax V-8 pickup in front of the crowd attending the ninth annual SummitRacing.com NHRA Nationals in Las Vegas April 12-13. The weekend runs are set for approximately 3 p.m. Saturday, just prior to the second Pro qualifying session, and approximately 4 p.m. Sunday between the semifinal and final rounds. [3/31/2008]
