MORE NITRO FOR YOUR MONEY
The Agent traveled out to Gateway International Raceway to see the AHDRA series. The reason: Three classes of fuel bikes including a carbureted nitro burning class. The Agent saw around 30 fuel burning crotch rockets and a well run show. Anything that burns nitro and makes the quarter mile at over 220 is worth the price of admission as far as the Agent is concerned. A NINE-SECOND, SHOWROOM HD DRAG BIKE
A second item that caught Agent 1320’s eye at the AHDRA race he attended was a bike that you can buy off of you local Harley Davidson dealer’s showroom floor.
The Agent talked to Harley guru Johnny Mancuso who said that HD has already sold over 500 of these bikes nation-wide. He swears that all anyone has to do is to bring a helmet and leathers, take the bike to the track, and it will run 9.70’s with absolutely no tweaking. It comes with the slick and wheelie bars.
